Common errors, service status, and how to reach us.
Errors
| SYMPTOM | CAUSE |
|---|---|
| Connection times out | Your source IP is not the registered address, or the subscription has expired. Check the address shown in the dashboard against the address your server connects from. |
UNAUTHENTICATED, "No valid auth token" | Missing or unknown x-token. The call is refused when the stream is opened, with the same error any Yellowstone endpoint gives. Check the token in the dashboard and that your client sends it as the x-token header. |
PERMISSION_DENIED | A filter that is too broad (wildcard or chain-wide key). |
INVALID_ARGUMENT | An unsupported subscription type, a commitment other than processed, or a malformed pubkey, signature or memcmp. |
RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED | Too many concurrent streams, filters or keys for the token. See limits. |
UNIMPLEMENTED | A unary call such as GetVersion. Only Subscribe is served. |
| TLS handshake error | The client is using https://. The endpoint is plaintext: use http://. |
