Privacy Policy

What we keep about you, why, for how long, and what you can ask of us. We keep only what running the service, taking payments and preventing abuse needs, and we do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Effective 21 October 2026. Questions and requests about your data: open a ticket in our Discord.

We process this data to provide the service you signed up for and take your payments (performance of a contract), to keep records the law requires (legal obligation), and to secure the service and prevent fraud and referral abuse (our legitimate interest in a service that cannot be gamed at honest customers’ expense).

2. Cookies

The dashboard sets only cookies it needs to work: the session cookie, a short-lived cookie that protects the Discord sign-in, one that remembers a referral link you arrived through until you sign in, and one that remembers you signed out. The website sets none. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

3. The blockchain is public

Payments run through a program on the Solana blockchain. Your payment address, the payout wallet you link, who referred whom, and every payment and referral split are recorded on-chain. The blockchain is public and permanent: anyone can read it, and neither we nor anyone else can delete or change what is recorded there. Your Discord identity is not on-chain; your account’s on-chain id is derived from it with a secret key, so it cannot be traced back.

4. Who else handles it

Some of these providers process data outside your country; where the law requires it, transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual safeguards. We do not share personal data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

5. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. We answer within one month. Deleting your account removes what we hold, except records we must keep by law and anything on the blockchain (section 3). You can also complain to your data protection authority.

6. Security

Access to the data is limited to the people who run NoName. Sign-in IPs are stored only as a keyed hash; secrets and keys are kept out of the database.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes are announced in our Discord. Our Terms of Service apply as well.
