Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use NoName: the website, the dashboard at dashboard.no-name.io and the data stream. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

NoName provides a real-time Solana data stream (Yellowstone gRPC) from servers in the locations listed in the dashboard. Access is per location and is granted to the server IP address you register for it. We work to keep the stream fast and available, but we provide it as is: we do not guarantee that it is uninterrupted, complete, error-free or ahead of any other source, and there is no service-level agreement unless we agree one with you in writing. Current status is shown on the dashboard’s Status page.

2. Your account

• You sign in with Discord. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
• You are responsible for your account, your access token and the IP addresses you register. Do not share your token; a subscription allows one IP address per location.
• One person or business per account. Creating accounts to obtain extra trials, discounts or referral earnings is not allowed (see section 5).

3. Trials, plans and payment

• Each account may use one free trial. Plans and their prices are shown in the dashboard and in the billing docs; we may change prices for future purchases.
• Plans are paid in USDC on Solana to the payment address shown for your account. Other tokens, and USDC on other networks, are not credited and we cannot recover them.
• A plan starts when the full payment is confirmed on-chain and runs for its stated length. Buying again while a plan runs extends it. There is no automatic renewal.
• Money that arrives after a payment window has expired, or more than the price, stays at your payment address and counts towards your next purchase.
• The token issuer can freeze USDC accounts. If your payment address is frozen, it cannot be charged and the purchase fails; this is outside our control.

4. Refunds

A plan that has started is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or we decide to refund at our discretion. Unused USDC at your payment address can be returned on request, to the payout wallet linked to your account. Network fees are not refunded.

5. Referral program

• The program works as described in the billing docs: a referred account gets a discount, and its referrers earn a share of each plan it buys, paid on-chain to their linked payout wallet. Rates may change for future purchases.
• Shares are paid at the moment of each payment and are final.
• Referral abuse is prohibited: referring yourself, creating or controlling accounts in a referral chain to collect discounts or earnings, or placing accounts between a referrer and the accounts they referred.
• If we find referral abuse, we may, without notice: flag the accounts involved so they earn nothing and receive no discount; suspend or end their access without refund; and pay the referrers who lost earnings because of it.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the data for your own trading and applications. You may not:

• resell, sublicense or redistribute the stream itself to third parties without our written permission;
• share access tokens, or try to get access beyond what you paid for (other locations, more connections, other users’ data);
• attack, overload, probe or disrupt the service, our servers or other users;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms. Where the breach is serious or deliberate, no refund is due.

7. No financial advice; your risk

NoName provides data, not advice. Trading on Solana is risky: data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, transactions can fail, and markets move against you. You alone decide how to use the data and you bear the outcome. We are not responsible for losses arising from trading decisions, missed or failed transactions, or third-party systems (the Solana network, wallets, exchanges, the token issuer).

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending

You can stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend the service, or your access to it, if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the service; in the last case we refund the unused part of a running paid plan.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes are announced in our Discord. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
